I will try to tell them what you think about Bruce ! But This shows how clubs are listening to their supporters I can't change sport management in clubs I 'm just trying to show the distance between fans and clubs, unfortunately...
You're missing the point I tried to make mate. You have no way of knowing whether the person filling out the survey is an actual fan of the club. Therefore they will make as many detrimental answers as possible, ending up with a survey that means nothing or if believed would be totally biased.
