I hope to see that it looks brilliant
But The big short is one hell of a picture
Good films out at the moment to make that Star Wars claptrap look what is is dreadful overhyped crap

I also the The Big Short leaves you with something of real value

Still keep returning to Imitation Game.

I'm hoping its on the flight I'm taking tomorrow (by fluke via Chicago rather than the east coast). Have a look at Margin Call, on a similar theme.

Still snowing here but should start to move out later tonight. You might encounter it on your way over mid-Atlantic. Good luck.

Bit of turbulence but all ok, in fact arrived an hour early which just means I have an extra hour to kill O'Hare.

No Big Short on the plane menu so I fell asleep watching the Martian instead. What a load of cack that is.

Didn't have the Big Short on either of my long hauls this week. But I did watch Bridge of Spies which is interesting rather than gripping. One of those films where knowing the outcome really did detract from the drama. Mystified by the praise for Mark Rylance, very measured and actorly as the Soviet spy. Not bad, but not the thespian lesson I was expecting.
