The Big Man

I am glad NP has finally seen reason and is looking for a big centre forward, but this was apparent all last season

 

At the start of the season we had no money to get any players'. But during the Jan. window, maybe there was no-one that fitted his "cunning plan", or, the price was too high to be able to justify the purchase to the owners?

 

you cant do everything in one transfer window. i heard AP say in an interview months ago that this team wont be complete until 2-3 transfer windows down the line. it takes a long time to identify targets and to sign them.

 

I've always wanted us to have a big man up front, I think it works well with a big man, small man ever since I started supporting us and we had Whitehurst and Edwards playing together. At least it gives us other options than those we have at the moment.

 

Nial Quinn could still do the job and he's not much older than Adebola

 

We've always been after one, we went after Austin in December/January and didn't like the price tag so we've waited for others to be available.
