Bit rough today. Popped over to cambodia yesterday for a meeting. Came back and went on the hoy with some yank. Smashed my leg up and cant be arsed to gan to work. Its ****ing red hot so may just gan to pool and think about having a swim.

I've got more self inflicted scars than others have inflicted on me.
Apart from my heart like - that's been tore out a few times.
I was scarred the very day I was born.
Cisarian section & it was a bit of a rush job as my mam almost died.
Surgeon knicked my right shoulder getting me out.
I still carry that to this day almost 50 years later.

Throwing him on against a top 6 side pushing for Europe, after not playing much football... can';t be too harsh on the guy. Sure he gave away a penalty, and was unlucky with a deflection, but cant blame him really. Huge fire to be thrown in, especially with limited exposure to the team.
