    Reading and Southampton did it last season

    Totally different scenario.

    Everyone can see he's out of his depth. He signed too many players in the summer for a lot of money, they've not been at all competitive.


    However, nobody expected them to go up. Palace going up lost him his job.

    Dwight Gayle was bizarre for 8M

    None of his other signings really add anything but he still got them up. Ollie proved at Blackpool he can galvanise **** sides so maybe he could at Palace.

    Ollie is very much like Neil Warnock. Decent championship manager but never going to be good enough for the championship

    Tony Pulis is the man they want to replace him

    Im not surprised he lost the dressing room when a large percentage of the team that won promotion aren't in the squad anymore. 14 signings!
