Best Player: Aaron Ramsey, has become one of our most important players

Goal of the Year: Wilshere v Norwich City, classic Arsenal goal.

Worst Performance: Away to Spurs - although it was the catalyst for our defensive improvement

Best Performance: Away to Munich, beating the best in Europe on their own patch

Most Important Win: Toon last game of the season, massive three points

Most Improved Player: Aaron Ramsey, hands down winner

Most Impressive Opposition We Faced: Bayern Munich, as mentioned they are the best in Europe

Best Player to come up Against:
    Lahm or Yaya Toure

    Best Arsenal Poster:
SuperJackWilshere10, for doing the match thread and the prediction league and also for talking sense and keeping it to the point.

Also want to add Wenger and Gazidis to the list as they deserve some credit despite all of the **** they've been given this year. They have propelled the club to the top of the league, bought a world class player in Ozil, secured our financial future and ensured that Arsenal will be playing Champions League football alongside the best in Europe for another successive year. It's easy to knock them when frustrations arise, but you have to respect the job they have done at our club.

Also got to give a mention to Everton and their performance against us at the Emirates a few weeks back. I was stunned by how good they were in that first half.

One of the best things about this year is that we finally dispensed with those ****ing horrible away kits, like the blue and black striped shirt and got back to our traditional yellow shirts and blue shorts <ok>

Best Player: Wojcech Szczesny - His form at the end of last season and so far this season has been crucial to our success.

Goal of the Year: The Wilshere goal against Norwich. Goal of the season candidate

Worst Performance: Blackburn in the cup, one of the worst Arsenal performances ever.

Best Performance: Bayern Munich away. We beat the best team in the world on their own turf, and we bossed them.

Most important win: Final day against the Toon, sealing the top 4 spot.

Most improved player: Aaron Ramsey, gone from being a pub standard player to a pretty decent midfielder.

Most impressive opposition we have faced: Man City. Each time we thought we had an answer,t hey had more in store, we never had a chance.

Best opposition player we have come up against: Javi Martinez (Bayern) - awesome midfielder

Best Arsenal Poster on Not606: SJW and Arsegun - SJW for all the effort he puts in, Arsegun for speaking sense 99% of the time

I also want to give a special mention to me for being able to use this site without any of the ****ing number keys working on my laptop, not easy when you need to mention scores, formations, goals, transfer fees etc.

    Go me <ok>

I'd like to nominate myself because I could be a better mod as my number keys aren't broken and I'm not too cheap to buy a new keyboard.

Me too. The Blue/Navy Blue before it was ok IMO. Not dreadful but not good. Thinking back I haven't really disliked any of our away kits in recent years.

That explains a lot PISKIE!! It's been driving me nuts that you always put IO for 10 but it seemed really petty to bring it up ;) Glad that mystery is solved :)

I can usually harvest the odd 1 here and there, like copy and pasting from your quote. Sometimes I have to copy and paste numbers from the box on the left where people's post count is listed but if I do that, the font or colour is different and it ****s up the copy ...

If only I'd been a good boy this year Santa might have brought me a new laptop .....

Bit generous having Lahm as most impressive imo

Also there's no way Bayern away was our most bestest performance, most impressive result maybe

No way. He is one of the most complete players I have ever seen. He has no weakness to his game, and was utterly brilliant when Bayern to came to the Emirates.

Their central midfielders were awesome that day, hopefully this time if we can keep them down to 2 goals at Emirates you never know... <whistle>
