In 41 days time, all those Rangers players who agreed to massive wage cuts will see their salaries return to pre-administration levels.

Fraser Wishart, Players Union Representative, is now warning that players will also be able to reject to be part of a NewCo and can simply walk away for nothing.

Even if a bidder who favoured a CVA was selected by D&P tomorrow, they would still require at least a couple of weeks of exclusivity. If, after that, they decide to buy the club it will take a couple more weeks to finalise any deal. And that's before they have to arrange a meeting with creditors, have the meeting then wait a few more weeks for the main creditors to say yay or nay to any deal.

And now Bill Ng is expressing his concern at the way the whole business of the possible takeover is being handled.

Put simply, time is running out fast and as Son of Succulent Lamb said in an interview earlier today, the club may already be past the point of no return.

ps How significant is the lack of noise coming from Bill Miller, the US bidder?

There also has to time for the spl to do the fit and proper test after Rangers fans blamed them for not checking out Craig Whyte .

Celtic fans don't care, we just hope that the dignity and integrity of Scottish Football is maintained.
Unlike the Rangers low-life all they care is that a Rangers is allowed to bully and cheat as before.

    Walk away from what?

"Now warning"....... I am utterly shocked at the revelation that people that don't want to join a new club don't have to.

What the **** do you really know about how long it takes to buy a company/football club, if things have to be pushed through quicker they will be. I'm not saying that it will, but for somebody that usually posts some sense, this is a, "if your auntie had balls, she'd be your uncle" post.

Obviously don't believe everything you read in the papers Harry.

The admins spokesman said that, "We have not received a written revised offer and [have] informed Mr Kennedy." If there's no written bid what else can they do?

Fair enough. But how can you say "if things have to be pushed through quicker they will be"?

What do you know that the rest of us don't?

I believe that from the Whyte fall out Rangers have to do the due dilligence / fit and proper review and provide the evidence to the SFA/SPL (whoever it oes to) the beeks dont actually perform their own investigations! (hence the whyte problems!)

I am not so sure. As a regulator, the SFA should have had better checks in place. I believe it was negligent for them not to have them. Now the biggest ****storm in the history of their governance has hit, they absolutely have to be involved in the process... If there is going to be one.

The Singaporean businessman said he had "serious concerns" over the deliverability of shares on offer.

Ng stated that the bidding process has "become untenable," adding that he was making the announcement with "deep regret".

Just one bid on the table unless the BKs or Kennedy go back in.

    Looking like it's the American.
