Benson's "F1 Guide for beginners", I think will have most people suitably frothing at the mouth after a couple of paragraphs.
<doh> im already annoyed by the picture at the top of the guide of vettel putting his helmet on wrong. Bensons target audiance are now going to think this is the correct way to put a helmet on.

....and then I foamed at the mouth reading this
Think Lewis Hamilton is exciting, Jenson Button cool, and wish someone would
tell Sebastian Vettel where to stick his index-finger salute?

Does Benson design the web pages as well? What a bloody mess.

I lasted as far as the link to the BBC Nature's Platypus page. Why doesn't he link "nose" to BBC Health's ENT section or "Australia" to the world news section, too?

You get used to it after a while and the fact the BBC allow "twit"ers to basically troll a certain driver becomes highly boring as it happens at nearly every gp.

"I know where I would stick that finger, if I beat him"
"He's only won in a dominant car"
"I still wont put him in the top 3 even after this 2nd WDC"
"Di Resta beat him in lower formula, none of the greats ever got beat in lower formula"
"Get rid of Newey and he would be fighting with Massa and Rosberg"
"Jenson or Lewis would of won every race with that car"
"My top 3 drivers on the grid: Jenson, Lewis, Di Resta"
"I don't rate Alonso or Seb since their teams use number 1 status"

It's blatent subtle pops and I find them laughable most of the time.

Good points. You can't really argue with FACT. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Benson seems to have taken stock of DHC's opinion before tweeting his blog:

And a one-stop guide to what's happened since the end of last season. Warning, not for ardent fans, you'll know it all: bbc.in/y6hFwA

The kimi Raikkonen Top gear video is up but can you spot the BBC fail below it?

Lotus Renault's Kimi Raikkonen takes to the Top Gear test track, but will the
two-time world champion make it into the top 10 of F1 stars in a reasonably
priced car

EDIT: There is actually hilariously two fails above as it seems they dont even pay attention to their own program

its been changed now but I still see a fail

Lotus Renault's Kimi Raikkonen takes to the Top Gear test track, but will the
2007 world champion make it into the top 10 of F1 stars in a reasonably priced
car?

<laugh>!

I love Benson, I think he's hilarious.

the 2nd fail was I noticed on the F1 drivers time board there was only 8 names up so the answer to:

... but will the
two-time (2007) world champion make it into the top 10 of F1 stars in a reasonably
priced car

..is yes <doh>
