I'm not trying to be funny. But it seems Rosberg has incriminated himself. So I can kinda see why they're upset. And even if it had been a simple racing incident, which it really did seem like, then it was still down to his clumsiness. Racing incident doesn't mean no blame, It's just what happens in racing... Not everything has to be punished.
Massa is not the worst driver - he had debris in his front wing for half the race, which Smedley says cost him about 40 seconds. After that, he was one of the fastest cars on track.
