After the Arsenal charges and appeals, complaints about us in the transfer market from Charlton and Sochaeux, Joey Barton in general, do you think we are more than ever rooted in the FA's bad books?

I may have missed a trick here or something but Alan Pardew getting charged for these comments,.is it really charge worthy? I don't see anything from what has been reportedly said to be all that wrong. Grudges against us?

You think someone like Roy Hodgson would have been charged for what Pardew said?

It's probably what Ashley and co deserve to be fair but I'm sick of us being in the press for all the wrong reasons, alright as fans we can have a whinge about transfers etc but the FA seem to be giving us a right buggering recently.

    Are we up ****s creek?

Ferguson, Ancelotti and Pulis got charged with the same thing last year. But surely Ferguson has to get charged again for his swearing and bully boy comments last week before the Arsenal game.

If they are not negotiating fairly or 'tapping up' players then they deserve a fine. fair enough it happens all the time but that doesnt make it right, the other clubs can't report us without good reason.

I would say they deserve more to be fed to the pigs more than fined, and I've been one of the people supporting Ashley for a long time but I've had enough of the constant bullshit

Ferguson should have been reprimanded for his outrageous comments last week concerning his and Rooneys treatment by the FA. I'm not sure if he was indicating they should be given more leeway in their behaviour because of the amount of Man Utd players in the England team, or they were penalised unfairly because they were Man Utd.

Fergie is a wee bit opinionated, he thinks he's bigger than the game itself.

He was the subject on Sunday Suplement a while back, the general consensus was, things will change massively when he retires.
He flouts so many rules which makes it difficult for the FA to make other errant managers toe the line, even down to his stand off with the BBC, he's a Tyrrant.

Put their foot down with him and there won't be so many errant managers. He's only a manager after all.

He needs to be shown his place.

Ridiculous that Ferguson got away with that and Pardew gets charged for a nothing comment. The FA clearly despise us, that's two nothing charges this year and we're only three games. Happened all last year as well, players like Henry and De Jong kicking the **** out of our players and getting away with it, while Barton and Williamson were punished retrospectively.

I thought Pardews comments were pretty lightweight to be honest, he was generalising to an extent, whereas Ferguson is much more direct, he sees himself and his players as being victimised, he's quite mad at times.
