Strange how he's caught on audio calling Megan Markle a "nasty piece of work" and he calls it 'fake news!'

I don't like the fact that he is in Britain at all, but if he is here he should have the decency to behave like a guest and not throw out his opinions on internal British politics. This is not just a new problem which has only come up since Trump arrived - the USA feels it has the divine right to shape the World according to its own interests, and the consequent right to interfere in the sovereignty of every country on this planet. If it has taken someone like Trump to wake people up to this fact then some good will have come out of it.

Actually, as a show of respect, he could have been collected from the airport by Prince Philip as his personal chauffeur <laugh>

I have wondered why when Trump came to France for a state visit no one took much notice, but then France isn't desperate for some help.
In April of 2019, the departing French ambassador to the United States Gérard Araud commented on the Trump administration and the US.

"Basically, this president and this administration don't have allies, don't have friends. It's really [about] bilateral relationships on the basis of the balance of power and the defence of narrow American interest."

When Trump was here he tried to say that France was the closest ally of the USA and called for closer trade links. He left in a bit of a huff when Macron called him out for his attitude to environmental issues, and suggested that closer trade deals could come with a better understanding by Trump on global warming. Rather different to the UK falling over themselves because of the tragic situation they have talked the population in to.

The Macron boy will be grovelling when Trump adjusts the trading tariffs between the US and the EU after we leave. Trump knows Macron's vision for the future of the EU will increasingly be ignored by the other leaders.

The sandals with socks brigade will be out in force today in London demonstrating against the leader of our largest democratic ally, they should be ashamed of themselves. A really bad example to set the young.

All gearing up for a trade war are we ? Time and time again you have shown that you wish nothing other than disaster for the EU. It is not enough for you to just leave - actually I wish it were possible for only you and your like to leave (preferably for a malaria ridden island somewhere) but, unfortunately it would affect many decent people as well. Nobody in the EU. is going to be 'grovelling' at any time in the near or distant future - your vindictiveness knows no bounds does it ?

Maybe this has something to do with the fact that we expect visiting ministers of state to observe some kind of protocol and not to wade in telling us what we should be doing. By the way - your largest democratic ally is the EU. and they will leave you with much more sovereignty than you can expect when the USA starts to regulate the british economy to its own advantage.

You cannot blame the US wanting to have a fair trade agreement. Trump is determined to give the UK preferential terms once we leave the straightjacket of the EU. I wish all of the EU well except the democracy deniers and fiddling Eurocrats. The grovelling from some EU leaders has already started, they know what is coming.

Obviously protocol is more important that mass murder and torture as sanctioned by other commie leaders that failed to stir your faux disagreement.

Would you care to quote a few examples here SH ? Which current (so called) ''commie'' leaders are guilty of mass murder and torture ? Is there any state in the World today which has invaded as many countries as the USA has ? Have any of these so called mass murderers or torturers been invited to the UK. for state visits ?

''Preferential terms'', this is with a country which has an import surplus and which desparately wants to change that. It is already a condition of a future trade agreement that vast chunks of the NHS. will be up for grabs, and that Britain opens its doors as a dumping ground for agricultural products which do not come up to EU. standards.
