Just posting on the off chance any r's fans in australia might know if the game is being shown live anywhere. Doesn t seem to be on Sky in England either, but we've got the early kick off no? (I ll accept a dodgy web link as well!) Come on you rrrrssssss!!!!! 1-2 rangers (adel & bothroyd)
hi Melbourne Ranger, I have been trying to track it down too but Fox is showing AFL, NRL and the Bledisloe apparently. Just off to buy an Apple TV to stream it. have heard that Prem games get streamed out of the US so we can but hope. Where in Melbourne are you? There are 4 of us here that I know of - Dave in Thornbury (a poster on not606), Dave in Sandringham and Michael in Yarraville.
hopefully they have viewers choice, they normally have it on the NRL channel, fox 2, and it says on the TAB website that its on fox 2
Thanks for that Ian. The closest I could come to finding it through legit routes was on foxtel at 11pm (so 2 hour delay) by pressing the red button (and then you ve got a choice of us or the wolves game). I m in St Kilda mate...still trying to find a decent pub to watch footy at, whilst avoiding the casino at god awful times of the night!! Where abouts are you? Let me know how you get on..good luck! u rsss!!
Excellent, staying in then. Would have anyway - still jetlagged from the trip back. Everton on Saturday was awesome
good to see a big following down in melbourne we had about seven of us rs up in brisbane for the Bolton game.
Last week they waited for the NRL game to finish and only showed the 2nd half of Arsenal v Liverpool, so I guess the same could happen?
That's a relief! I was meant to be DJ'ing this weekend but bugger it, a beer in the hand relaxing on the sofa watching the mighty R's is just the ticket!
couldnt agree more, hoping my saturday is a good one, as my saturday team here is hoping to gain promotion and then home to watch the superhooopsa
Hi guys - check this link on the day ... its worked ok so far http://www.lshunter.tv/football-live-streaming-video.html Good luck with it
Thanks for that Chris, good back up, but funnily enough Foxtel (sky) really spoil us here in Aus, we have 'viewers choice', it splits the screen up into four and you basically click on whichever game you want to watch, or if your eyesight is good enough you can watch all four! Tried it once drove me barmy.
Well that's Saturday night sorted....must admit I was loving being back in the UK for the last few weeks and had a blast at Goodison last Saturday. Bumped into an Everton fan at the pub last night - didn't want to talk about it!!! Perhaps we should take Northolt's advice and organise a Melbourne get together for the next early kick off. There's a pub in town that I'm sure would accommodate us and show the game.
