Tried something sublime yesterday cheese wise.... simply had to share....

Brie, melted on sunflower seed bread (from Tesco) with a drizzle of mint sauce....

Utterly sublime.

You can actually make cheese sandwich with no bread and cheese replacing the bread.
Red Leicester big slices with creamy goat's cheese and rocket is sublime.

 

I like cheese inbetweem two muesli boxes

 

Just a nice moist box will do me...... for starters....
