I am yet to witness it this season, I always forget to stare at him as they come out for the 2nd half, willing him to hold it in.

My mate, however, saw it in full flow last night.

Out they come for the 2nd half, a few seconds from kick off and I get a nudge on the arm...

"****ing hell, he's just spewed his ring....thingy....ALEX BRUCE!"

And I go "Urgh...was it chunky?"

And he goes "It just looked like bile..."

And then 2nd half kicked off, and we were once again fully immersed.

So it's still happening. What a strange phenomona.

My friend qualified things by saying "When I'm sick, all I want is my mum", so props to Alex for DOOSHING a big header into the stand seconds after chundering all over turf.

Corry Evans passed the ball right through it at one point too. Sick, literally.

Thought you might like to know.

And all the time we have blamed the start of the rugby season for the state of the pitch

Did anyone see Brucey Jnr give it large with a big fist thump when the Cardiff and Leicester scores come up at the end ?

If it worked for Zidane in Euro 2004, it could work for Bruce Jnr.

I didn't see that actually, he's a passion lad Bruce Jnr, he's always there celebrating around the players when we score and you can see how much he wants it. I really like him, and rate him.

It's good to have that in a defender. I can't stand defenders who aren't absolutely committed to keeping that ball out. Thankfully all of ours are these days; they're willing to put their bodies on the line and do whatever it takes to stop it.

They're all great, a choice of Macca, Faye, Hobbs, Chester and Bruce for your centre halves is outstanding. It's hard to pick a 3 when they're all fit! Bruce is extremely brave, great in the air, last ditch tackles are brilliant, he's not anywhere near as good on the ball as Chester but not all your centre backs need to be.

    The dirty pair of bastards.

It better not be catching on, I can't be doing with that.

If big Bruce starts doing it, I'll have to have a word.

    Hello onlyme.

I am glad to help you.

'Props' basically means respect. The gangsta rappers (Dr Dre, Snoop the Dogg, Will Smith, PJ & Duncan et al) are all famed for their use of the word.

'Doosh' (not to be confused with 'dusche' the French word for shower) basically means to "hit with force", in this case the ball.

Hops this helps. Any time, chum.

I like Alex Bruce, he definitely wants to go up and he isn't afraid of showing how much he wants it.
