WTF?
They've complained about things getting modded on here and they then mod someone themselves when they make a good argument. The words irony and hypocrisy come to mind.
I've had loads of posts removed from 606, for no reason that I can think of, other than people are deeply offended by sarcasm, and in some cases, the truth. On here at least the mods can edit posts, rather than deleting them. That always annoyed me on 606, you can write a good, long, structured comment, and if some little cry baby doesn't like the sound of a few words, it's gone. I don't think their mods even read the comments, just delete as soon as they get flagged.
I once got modded on 606 after the Man City home game when they scored and did that stupid Poznan thing that they do. I said it looked a bit gay and got modded for being homophobic ?
Good morning one and all, Sgt, thank you for saving me the time, I was going to cut and paste my post onto this board, as I would seriously be upset if anyone on here thought that I was going behind anyone's back. Just for the record, it is not 606's negative view of not 606, it's mine and if you read it rather than react to it, you will see that there is no criticism, just observations with a hope that everyone is happy etc and that it was not for me. What's the problem pal?

I've read all of that article Spatacus or Nick! No problems with it IMHO anyway. I was modded more times than most on the old still existing 606 site For saying basically **** all? One Gunner has started already on this board in fairness it was in response to fill the corners in and of all fans, Inverness. I did warn FTC in that it would attract wum's ect and sure as night follows day. Fibreglass fab duly obliged FF Sake. I can't spend all day modding, deleting comments when a Stoke fan starts having a go at the Arsenal. I DID mod FTC in, Inverness and of course Fibreglass the Gooner. Banter is fine but when we start to tell each other to F Off it's OTT. I WILL delete any Stoke fan who persists in "intentionally" winding up Gooners when there was actually, no need too in this particular case. END OF RANT. If THEY start it let me know and I can deal with it or Sgt Potter can simple really. Thanks Potts
It's good we've got a couple of decent mods on here I personally don't get offended by anything really, apart from on 606 there was a guy who kept on posting articles just of the word "THUG" over and over, that's just childish. As far as I've concerned if you're original in your insults, I don't care how offensive they are, or the subject matter or whatever, but I think it's good on here that the mods can warn, edit, and then delete if it comes to it, rather than users having a war about how many posts they can report and get removed like on 606.
See potts, thats the problem with talking to people on the internet. They don't know you, don't understand your sense of humour. So someone see's a headline, reads a few words then gets offended, then complains. So someone complains about a remark made against a football match or footballer, tell them if they feel that bad about humanity, GO HELP THE STARVING IN AFRICA, or otherwise PISS OFF & SHUT THE **** UP. Just my opinion
Pistol, No problems with some swearing etc. And, I didn't delete those I mentioned, someone else did! I basically modded and that is like a warning in effect. I'm sure both Inverness and FTC in won't be too offended. As for Fibreglass gooner I care less to be honest. Here's to decent/friendly for the most part and of course plenty of humour on this board lads and I almost forgot about Miss Jub

They do have a point. We need to agree to disagree whether we agree or not, so that debate can grow. What this forum is lacking is a character. Hate him/them or love him cockyfox, plastico, etc added character to 606 and if you are going to mod and delete members simply because it will cause agro you will loose the atmosphere of what can be a very popular forum. So I will start now by saying We need Salif to be playing Arsenal, we need to drop Pennant for Delap and Carew needs to be rested leaving a line up of Beggo Huth Ryan Higgy Collins Delap Dioa Whitehead Whelan Pugh Jones That should do the trick
I'm happy on this forum, two decent mods, lots of friendly and funny members for sure, active and always something to chat about
