The 4 Leeches

I don't think we can let N'dong go without a fee Bri. I'm sure I recall SD mentioning that any money raised for him was to go to Ellis Short.

But the Para's are secured against what we owe to short so I presume Short would be happy for that money to be generated elsewhere so long as he get's it on time.

You can be fined for breaking the same rule twice though. You can't be fined twice for the same incident(think there's a process where the punishment can be added to, but not replicated.).What I read yeasterday is that the double jeopardy ruling still exists in contract law due to EU interference in relation to human rights. But no longer exists in criminal or Employment law. We're constant told footballer come under contract not employment law. So I take that as they can't be fined twice for the same incident. But it's irrelevent anyway if we've already fined them two weeks later cause we've hit our limit anyway.

that second paragraph is fine if we're happy to scrap their contracts. But I'm guessing we'd quite like some fees for these two and that's where this tack hits complications. Niether side keeping to contract for what ever reason, then Fifa will end up ripping up contracts
Have we “fined” them? Nit exactly sure as I believe we’ve withheld their wages as they’re in breach of contract. That doesn’t amount to a fine in wording. Be interesting all in all. I may ask Stewart Donald on twitter

Could be. If that's the case we could well lose them for free as we're also in breech. If we believe they're in breech of contract we can either discipline them or refuse to acknowledge their contract is in place any more. Not paying them while retaining their services isn't an option. If we've gone for option two in which case they're free to find new clubs if the player is happy with it. Otherwise we've got another Alverez situation having to go to Fifa than probably CaS

It's worth noting Papy isn't actually due back yet like Oviado isn't cause of world cup duty. That could trip us up as Papy has yet to breach his contract technically.
