You can't be fined twice for the same incident(think there's a process where the punishment can be added to, but not replicated.).What I read yeasterday is that the double jeopardy ruling still exists in contract law due to EU interference in relation to human rights. But no longer exists in criminal or Employment law. We're constant told footballer come under contract not employment law. So I take that as they can't be fined twice for the same incident. But it's irrelevent anyway if we've already fined them two weeks later cause we've hit our limit anyway.
that second paragraph is fine if we're happy to scrap their contracts. But I'm guessing we'd quite like some fees for these two and that's where this tack hits complications. Niether side keeping to contract for what ever reason, then Fifa will end up ripping up contracts
