Well with just over a month until the start of the new season, it's time to forget about who is signing who, and lets see if the improvements I have made over the last 2 years to my football predictions program is any more accurate. ( Slight spoiler having seen some of the results so far, I would suggest there is no improvement at all, it may have actually got worse :emoticon-0140-rofl: )

So Game Week 1 sees the Mighty Whites entertain Everton at Elland Road, and a rousing rendition of "I Predict a Riot" after Daniel Farke's side coast to a 2-0 victory (Spoilers, that's a more impressive victory than you may imagine ;) )

Newly promoted Burnley collapse to a 4-0 defeat away to Spurs, whilst the other newcomers, Sunderland succumb to a 1-0 defeat at home to West Ham.

Current Champions Liverpool romp to a 6-1 at home to Bournemouth

    Game Week 2

Leeds travel to London for their first away game of the season, which sees Arsenal start with 2 draws out of 2, as Leeds earn a plucky point with a 1 - 1 draw.

The other 2 newly promoted sides meet at Turf Moor, where Burnley come away with all 3 points, following a 2-1 victory

Only Newcastle and West Ham have a 100% record of wins after 2 games, with Newcastle thrashing Liverpool at St James Park 4-0, whilst West Ham storm to victory by 4 goals to 1 at home to Chelsea.

Nottingham Forest, Sunderland and Brighton still have to pick up a point after 2 games.

    Game Week 3

Both 100% records fall this week, as West Ham are held to a draw away at Nottingham Forest, whilst Leeds United held on for a 1-0 win at home to Newcastle, which takes the Whites to joint top of the table, together with West Ham on 7 points.

Current champions Liverpool, are beaten at home against Arsenal 1-3.

Brighton gain their first points of the season, strolling to a 4-0 victory at home to Manchester City, whilst Sunderland gain their first win of the season, beating Brentford 1-0.

    Game Week 4

West Ham moved clear at the top of the league with a 3-0 home victory over Spurs, whilst Leeds United had to settle for a share of the points, after their second trip to London, where they drew 2-2 away at Fulham.

Sunderland failed to gain any points following their trip to F A Cup holders Crystal Palace, where the home team won 2-0, whilst Burnley held out at home to Liverpool for a 1-1 draw.

    Summary after 4 Games

West Ham are top of the table on 10 points following 3 wins and a draw, whilst Leeds United are in 2nd place on 8 points, ahead of both Arsenal and Scum on goal difference.

Leeds are 1 of 4 sides without a loss with West Ham, Arsenal and Scum, also yet to fail to pick up at least a point in any of their 4 opening games.

Poor starts for both Liverpool and Manchester City, see them in 14th and 16th position, both having gained 4 points. Newcomers Burnley have also gained 4 points and occupy 17th, 1 point ahead of both Sunderland and Everton on 3 points.

Nottingham Forest remain firmly planted at the bottom of the table, having only managed 1 point from their opening 4 games.

Matches 5 - 8 will be posted tomorrow.

    Don't get too excited :emoticon-0105-wink:

Unfortunately I know what the table looks like after 19 games. We are above Manchester City though :emoticon-0137-clapp
