If you're talking about squad size, we only need to lose 2. John, Ralls, Harris and Cornelius are under 21, so Velikonja and Kiss. If I had to add others, Harris, Lappin, Cowie and Smith.

I think it's anyone who is age 20 or younger before the turn of the new year don't have to be registered so is there still 20 this year they are automatically register and not included in the 25 man squad Obviously Declan John and Joe Ralls are fine but I would have to look up the other 2s birthdays
We need to register 3 keepers, if one gets injured you still need one on the bench and Gestede (rightly or wrongly) seems to be MMs plan B and the only other 'lump' besides Cornelius. 'tis a tough one.
Smith Velikonja Lappin to be sold right now, then loan out Ralls and Kiss with recall clauses they need game time in a competitive league! Obv change if we bring another 2-3 players in, if rumours are right and we are getting Monero them I can see Conway going too and hopefully we can get another CM like Livermoore on loan or something and sell Cowie I would of loaned out Harris but it seems he's had a stormer this pre season and hopeful staying injury free we can see the potential Malky obviously sees in him!
Wasn't a dig Taff just highlighting my thought process and the complexity of sorting this out. It's at times like this a manager earns his corn. I suppose the obvious approach is to go for 2 players for every position (22), a 3rd keeper (23), a couple of flexible players (25) and a couple youngsters. We have a number of players that are very similar but can float about (Bellamy, Smith, Conway) and I suppose the middle 3 can be fluid perming any 3 from a big pool. Too difficult for a Sunday morning.
I would leave out Lappin, Kiss and Velinkonja. We have a few younger players now who could supplement the squad for odd games if we hit a short term injury crisis. Still think we will unload a couple later this month.

8 home grown players doesn't mean they got to be at our club for three seasons as long as they've played 3 seasons for any team in the English leagues! So Mason is a home grown player as he played for plymouth. if the player is still 20 before the 01.01.14 they don't have to be included in the 25 man squad obviously the 1st of September isn't right this season as the transfer window doesn't close till 2nd
