Massively low temperatures reported in Sheffield and Huddersfield today, down to -10, but there's the possibility of things getting slightly warmer this evening, possible highs of -7 or -9.

Any meteorologists out there want to make predictions?

I reckon it'll be -9 in Huddersfield but slightly warmer in Sheffield at -7.

I am hoping for at least minus 9 in both west and south yorkshire tonight. It is possible that both places will stay at last night's overnight low of minus 10 but that might be to cold to snow on the parades but would bring the temperature in north Buckinghamshire up to minus 13 due to the effect of smithy the snowman.

Yes, +3 in Wycombe today, Rocky...

My next door neighbour, who's a Tranmere fan says that this is the fourteenth time this season that Tranmere have taken the lead in a game without winning it.

    Scary.

Yes indeed - look on it as 'all gifts gratefully received'...luck has a habit of deserting teams who aren't playing as well as they'd like, so maybe this is a sign your luck is going to turn. <ok>
