    Well, I do believe that will benefit Plymouth. Most won't think that

    He steadies clubs and I think at a club with considerably lower expectation, he'll do well there

    Spot on Josh. We may not like Papa Smurf or what he did for the club. But at least we're still here & moving in the right direction. Had we not had his financial nouse, we could be doing a Portsmouth, which very future is now in real doubt.

    Boggers you and josh are one of many gullible enough to believe that he "saved" our club but if you do a bit of research you will see that bates made things worse and gained the club by using off hand tactics, other bidders offered way more but where rejected

    We almost were... we're only safe because gfh c keep plugging the holes in kens leaky bucket. How many announcements from gfh c is it going to take before some people see that ken didn't leave us in good financial health... bates will destroy Plymouth.

    I don't necessarily believe he "saved" our club as you put it and its nothing to do with why I think he'll be successful as a club like Plymouth
