Wenger take note, you cannot win the English Premier League with a bunch of technically skilled but frail, lightweight kids, you must have steel, strength, speed and technical skill. You must have players fit for purpose and the team MUST have leaders on the pitch, not a bunch of sulking, stupid, thick, no brained eejuts !

There must be a level of know how, Premier League experience and the players must not be on the treatment table every other game.

It pains me to say it but, yet again Sir Alex Ferguson has rebuilt his team and look dead certs to win the title .. yet again ... and we look certain to be clowns ... again !

    Wenger has lost the plot.

Wenger has not lost the plot. It's the people upstairs who are to blame, all they see is an opportunity to make money, there not interested in a winning team, so long as we are top 4 and bringing in the lucrative amounts associated with the CL. From my knowledge Wenger has little control over wage budgets and probably transfer budgets as well. His hands are tied. As I have seen on here plenty of times now we wont pay more than 90k for top of the range players regardless of transfers fees. I'm not naive enough to think Wenger entirely blameless, his stubbornness in over emphasising in youth has cost us dear, but I cannot see another manager of his class that would do the job with the restraints and limitations in place, I'm fed up with doom mongers and people moaning, at least wait until the end of the window before turning on a man who has given us 15 years incredible service.

It is this waiting that has put us where we are, top players leaving because we are showing no ambition and potentially damaging losses to our main rivals and exit from Europe.

Waiting for the inevitable failure and not doing something about it when you have the chance is unforgivable.

No because they had a very good pre season, they whopped Man City in the Charity Shield and they whopped Tottenham.

We had a poor pre season, drew to a poor Newcastle, lost to an average Liverpool and were lucky to win against Udinese minus 3 of their best players from last season.
