But that is a celebration of all that is wonderful in our vibrant, diverse, multicultural capital, not an unsophisticated hideously white Northern backwater. A number of stabbings, muggings, assaults and a bit of wanton vandalism aside it is a wonderful occasion. Not like those awful types you get being over exuberant and standing at football matches and shouting loudly. Though you can imagine the reaction of the first person to be told by the police in Hull that they can't respond as thy don't have the numbers, time or resources to deal with their burglary, assault or whatever.
They should have realised having it declare one from the start would have dealt with any eventualities. Maybe done a risk assessment as Omega man would say is necessary, on the chances of instead of a sensible owner we would end up in the hands of a paranoid, monomaniac, megalomaniac.
Are there not nuisance issues with what is considered "barbed wire" (spikes, broken glass etc) being erected on gates / fences less than 2.4m high?
Well **** this ****, I've just gone over bridges, no fence argyle end so assumed gate was open, its not !!!! So rather than walk round (which would be quicker) I've come home for some tools, I'm taking the fence round it down, if anyone wants to film my arrest I'll be back there in 15
I bent the fence, it had some funny screws one side my spanner wouldn't fit, I left enob all his screws by the way so no theft
