That game proved a couple of things to me...

just how much we miss Catts and need a target man. The more I see of Wickham the less I think of him but maybe he's not fully fit so hopefully he will improve. Good to see Frazer back and I'm sure he will only get sharper but it's as if we just needed a leader on the park to lift our game today as there was just far to many lazy performances.

MON said the players were jaded against Swansea, lets hope they are not simply reverting to type...................................

Agree with the leadership thing Derry think Catts would have been great for that what about your fellow Country man thought McClean was Awesome today and is improving wuth every match.

He played well today and I'm sure he will only get better especailly with his crossing. I thought he was MOM and think if he had buried that one at the end it would of rounded off a decent game. I also thought Sess looked jaded and only came to life in patches and for me Vaughan also looked off but Coleback seemed assured and strong when he came on.

Got to agree with the comment about Sess he seemed to drop back when Campbell came on woulg have liked it for him to have pushed forward alongside Campbell instead.

Boro pressed us and we didn't have the quality to keep the ball in tight spots, lots of poor first touches and rushed decisions. Just one of those days but at least we came back to get the draw. Agree quite a few players looked tired today but we just don't have the numbers to rotate much which is why I thought there might have been a bit more action in the transfer window from what we are seeing.

Catts was the big miss today and not many of us would have been saying that from the start of the season, hope he is back soon.

Also thought Boro played well however, I also thought we were very poor especially in the first half where we were second to most balls and passing like a bunch of twats. I don't think anyone thought it was going to be a pretty game or an easy one for us but, it's still nice to be in the cup at this stage.

Agree, in the first half they looked like the premiership team and if it wasn't for poor finishing on their part we should of gone in two down. We got a responce in the second half but not as much as I would of liked and to be honest they surprised me with their passing ability and every corner they took seemed to have us rattled. But anyway the good thing is that we can only improve and where better to do it than the Riverside.
