I like to know what he thinks - I'm always disappointed when he has us to win as he gets it wrong so much!

I like how he states "1 point from three games" for Palace - how many points do we have in our last 3 league games? More than Palace I know!

I'm pretty sure if all of his predictions were correct we'd be bottom with something like 9 points?

He is a squeeky-voiced cnut, bollocks to him.

    The league as Lawro predicts:

    League.jpg

So he has us in the right place but 9 points worse off than we actually are - he also predicted us to lose every round of the FA Cup I believe (so he gets 1 in 4 of ours right on average) and constantly points out what the opposition against us did wrong and not what we did right (proven from the game against Southampton where he stated "Southampton played a weakened team" - completely ignoring the fact that we made 9 changes compared to their 6)- He hates us - probably because he's mates with Martin O'Neill. His comments re Adam Johnson were disgusting saying he took the easy option to come to play football instead of sitting in the reserves for City!

I've learned to laugh it off - But you're right, the bloke is a complete prick! Had someone been on and said something like he did about Johnson about someone like Gerrard (who, let's be honest, has taken the easy route in his career - cracking player but should've moved to a bigger club more likely to win more) or Shearer who did exactly the same, people would've argued their reasons. But no-one argued with him. Johnson made a very bold and difficult decision to take a pay cut to come to a second tier (of the first tier) club and play games. He didn't sit and twiddle his thumbs for over £100k a week!!! For that I commend him massively but Lawro thinks it was the easy move!

That's because when Gus Poyet picks the team, no one knows who actually feels like turning up, or if as certain player decides to get himself sent off or gift the opposition with a goal scoring chance, or if the whole team decides to turn up & play a cracking game. So far this season we don't have a brilliant record against teams around us, especially when they come to the SOL & defend in numbers then lob in a high long ball to snatch a win!
