Off Topic THAT ANNOYING BLUE UP ARROW

    I am no techy but on several of the web sites I use the "return top the top of the page" arrow is very useful.

    Yet the blue arrow on this site disappears every time I try and use it. What am I doing wrong?

    Me too, so why don't they just put in a permanent fast return to the top? There is another place to achieve the same thing down at the bottom but somewhat invisible.

    That's useful so it begs the question what is the point of the other "relatively new" up/down arrows
