Although you have not been the greatest manager the clubs ever had i would like to thank you for your service and commitment towards club, he was here for 12 years, its a long time, and no doubt you will be missed around the ground, from staff to players, and im sure the fans will miss you.

Good luck keef, have a good future

    Sorry Shiny I don't agree.

Millen was part of the failed regime with Gary Johnson and he should have left the club when GJ did, not get promoted to become our manager because look at what he's done to us.

He was a loyal servant to the club and has my best wishes for the future.
Too much to soon for the guy IMO, needs to learn his trade in a lower league and build from there.
Never disliked Keef but knew he was not the answer after Cop-out.

Just hope SL & the board puts a bit more thought into the new appointment.

The same GJ and KM regime that helped us get out of league 1 and establish in the Championship? Good bloke, just too much too soon. Be interesting to see who is appointed.

Remember, Keith has been well paid for 12 years and leaves with a 2 year severance payment on his contract. Not bad for failure.

The rest of us would not be so lucky if we sucked at our jobs...............

Don't wish him any ill will as he was appointed to the position and obviously both he and SL thought he could cut it.

I agree with some of the comments on here. can't fault KM for his commitment to the club and his undoubted hard work but unfortunately things did not work out. The board has to take a lot of the blame for the Cop out debacle and giving KM a 3 year contract rather than a one year rolling one.
but as with others I wish him all the best and hope he makes it elsewhere as a manager or assistant and as far as I'm concerned will be welcomed back at the club any time (as a visitor/spectator/manager of another club that is!)

I echo that sentiment, it was never personal and I really do wish you all the very best.

Like everyone else says, a nice guy but no individual is bigger than the club and we are in trouble at the moment so something had to happen...
