but will try to offer a constructive debate even if it ends up targetting Clulis Pulis

As we know there are players to whom it is just a job There are others who are happy to be in the squad ( and picking up big money ) and in Stokes case even on the bench if their face ( or ars* ) fits with Pulis but if

1 You were Crouchy how would you feel He seems a happy lad who wants to play and score goals but week in week out because of Pulis's negativity he is isolated How long before Pulis criticises his lack of goals

2 If you were Jerome or Palacios how would you feel to be ignored when you know you can play a bit if given the chance

The latter query underlines another of Pulis's faults I can accept that "dressing room events" remain private to help unity but the problem should not arise with a happy squad It may be that out here I am out of the loop with the news but Pulis's isolation of Jerome and Palacios without any explanation underlines to me his dictatorial attitude and contempt for the fans who he regards as a source of income rather than a vital part of the club until they vote with their feet and gates fall

Interested to hear your views boys

    Regards
    SiS

PS Potts Thanks for your concern re our problems The major one is our continuing fight against demolition In July we were told that our case (to prosecute the builders and town hall officials who have scammed us and many others with illegal building) was to be heard in September We geared ourselves up to plead against demoltion but were then told ( with no sorrys ) Mistake it is Sept 2013 So 11 more months uncertainty but we work on the basis that we just get on with it as there are always people worse off with problems

PPS Potts Re your comment that you enjoyed our times more when we were in the lower divisions I agree the mid week Winter trips to the likes of Rotheram Lincoln and Luton etc were filled with hope because we were trying to win rather than as now trying not to lose

The points are valid and questions that would grace the mind of anyone with an ounce of common sense!

We will never know what goes on behind closed doors and the justification for not giving players a chance - Tunny & Palcious being an example of playeres alledgedly unwanted but part of a deal for players he wanted i.e. Crouch & Huth. Regardless of the reasons (and in TP's defence there may be ligitimate ones) the fact is that we can only be judged on results.

Our results this season have been fine if you look at the teams we have played todate - excluding the last 2 - and in all honesty some performances have been spirited and flowing. However, 7 wins in 38 premier league games tells a different story and one which indicates that the results are not there and havent been over the length of a season (equivalent games over a season).

The postive people amongst us will say that the coming fixtures will result in more points I would tend to agree ( I sound like a broken record but these are the games that well define our season), but given our last 2 performances, our inabilty to score goals in general and our knowledge in the shortcomings of our great leader - it is understandable that frustration and worry raises its ugly head!

I've had my say already. Well rant.. and mine is not bourne of frustration so much. It was when I re-read Smither's post where he said something like.

Mr Coates giving credit to Clueless and he felt sick reading it! Mine is pure anger that Mr Coates it seem's has failed to see the bleedin obvious.

Smither's do you have the link to that report mate? I must have missed it.

And SIS, chin up fella, the Spanish are carp when dealing with things like this. All the best.

I get really frustrated that Jerome never plays. Obviously there's a lot of speculation, and as Smithers said about Tuncay and Palacios, we don't know how much TP actually wanted to buy them, or how much they were just "part of the deal", but I think Pulis was justified with the Tuncay situation overall, given his record after leaving Stoke. The guy had great individual skill, but didn't fit rigid formations Pulis wanted. And then there's Palacios, again, who knows what's going on, maybe he's just not the player he used to be, maybe he was just part of the Crouch deal, or maybe it's just that our Tone dunna like the cut of his jib.
But then what about Jerome? He wasn't part of any other deal, I've never heard his name come up as a trouble maker anywhere, he's played we'll every time I've seen him, I can't see where he's going wrong.
