Your young lad on loan with us is doing very well. He already has a lot of ability on the ball and you can guarantee he will come back to you a more professional player after working with Mick. He's been brilliant for us so far, I hope you boys are keeping tabs on his progress.
This lad will save/make you some money in the future. He arrived a bit nervous, our captain asked him in the first couple of days of training if he was ever going to break into a sprint. Since then he's been working his socks off. Everybody knows that with Mick it doesn't matter how much ability you've got, if you don't track back and put the work in, you won't play for him. He's up at the training ground with a good bunch of hard nosed professionals and some youngsters that are coming through. There are no prima donnas to learn bad habits from and he will no doubt improve with us. He's already a regular starter and doesn't look out of place at Championship level. He's not getting pushed around, willingly runs with the ball and wins headers in the box.
So far you lot are doing well in the Championship (better than us in the Prem ). Hope you get promoted. Always like seeing teams with out loanees do well.
Just continuing from last year. Difference this season is Mick has added two quality wingers (AMN and Ryan Fraser, on loan from Bournemouth) for his beloved 4-4-2 and we have a quality strike force. I'd like to think we have a pretty good relationship with your club
Good to see you doing well. Always liked Mick McCarthy, thought he got a raw deal at Wolves a few years ago.
