Hello and thank you to all of you who organised the wonderful bouquet of flowers that were delivered to me last week! Being able to interact with and help the supporters of our great club is one of the best parts of my job. When Doug told me about his friends from Sendai whom he was bringing to Portman Road, sorting out a special welcome for them was the least I could do but its always nice to have that 'extra mile' appreciated, especially by the fans.
