Vaguely implies there is a plan for the summer. Hard to see with FFP still lurking.

I wish they would offer more solid reassurance for next season onwards.

Despite a reasonable mid table finish, today has left me feeling pretty fed up.

I'm well aware of the spectrum of opinion here re TF, Olly etc but just at the moment they're all we've got and I do hope they have a plan!

Mid-table is an achievement given the very considerable change and down-sizing going on at the club. Youth being given and taking their chance. Recruitment has been a success too - Scowen, Freeman, Smyth, Baptiste, etc. Finances in much better shape. Getting back in touch with the community e.g. Grenfell initiative. Hopefully we are building a platform and can push on from here. My only worry is the low attendances and the lack of atmosphere in the stadium.

Lots of plusses there but the falling gates reflect the abysmal football regularly served up. Certainly in the first half of the season there were some dire performances when Ollie tried his three at the back system. We often won important games inspite of this rather than through the quality of our football. There have been some better performances later in the season but the tinkering often produces inevitable defeats particularly away from home.

If next season continues with a lower mid-table set of results we will be in danger of dropping below 10,000. A difficult time of transition but if we keep playing the same type of football the crowds will fall...

Agree in part. The big worry for me is that we have also down-sized in player quality, as we have for a few seasons now. That was clear again yesterday when we were outplayed in midfield, the part of the park where we are strongest. For all the positives we need to improve the quality of the players, which we don't do by repeatedly letting go of our best, without bringing in quality and experience. Filling the team with youngsters coming through and lower league players is more likely to send us out the League the wrong end. How we improve player quality with FFP will I'm sure not be easy. In view of what we he has done keeping us up, and the progress we have made with youngsters this season, I am happy enough with Holloway. But to get us into the top 6 (which has to be the target ) even with what we have now, will be a huge stretch next season, and mean getting a lot more out of the young squad we have.

    Meaningless tweet in my view

Could mean absolutely anything, and is another TF tweet that implies much, gets hopes up (amongst the less cynical  ), but will inevitably fly in the face of reality

I want honesty from the top - not endless promises about a new training ground, a new stadium, "dream" managerial appointments. I don't and never have supported the club because I expect a constant stream of trophies, Football is about much more than that

TF talks cr2p. His first job is to sack Hollow and bring in a football manager. His job after that is to stop tweeting.

TF must have gone to the same PR school as Donald Trump...we're gonna build a wall etc

So many promises in the past... It's not all bad at the club but cut out the hyperbole, Tony!

I'd like to see it Tone, I really would, but I need a bit more to go on. I know the new policy is to avoid blurbing the player strategy to the press as before (a lesson well learned) but for the life of me I can see why we can't be told more about the FFP situation, the training ground, the new stadium, etc. We are expected to invest in season tickets with no information at all about the long term goals of the club. Unlike others I'd like to see more tweets not less letting me know what's going on behind the scenes.

English not being Fat Tony’s first language, I suspect he means ‘impotent summer’.

Last objections to training ground had to be submitted by last Friday....
Nothing has been heard...so hopefully good news

Expect to see Uncle Tone getting his full PR team out to watch him digging the first spade full this week...

Well the fair weather fans don’t go and blame that on Holloway. I catch every match I can and my sons too as do many on here. It’s understandable of course as I felt very low under Redknapp so respect why they stay away. The club was brilliant re Grenfell and continues to be so .... most of the country have forgotten that until of course the verdict of blame comes in until then they will need to continue to mourn Dale Winton and whoever is next.

QPR put itself in the ****e themselves by stupid management and made the fan base what it currently is

    Who exactly?
Willing to bet that the Churchill’s will turn on anyone within 6 months
Keep Holloway and build on that and keep well under the radar imo
