If he's fully fit I'll play him - Wigan flood the midfield and I think he'll be needed. Howson was poor against the Saints recently but looked much better against Sunderland however I'd prefer Tetts if he's fit enough as we may need his extra muscle.
I'd prefer Tettey but Hughton never seems to shake up the house much, apart from when we need a serious reaction.
