Good resolve shown by us tonight, after going behind. We seemed more relaxed and confident on the ball than in previous games this season. The confidence gained from this particular outing can only help us to move forward. Am I right in thinking that the departure of Nasri and Cesc has finally helped the dressing room to become more united? Some postives: We started well. We didn't let our heads drop when we went behind. Szczesney (sp) made a great penalty save. Defence was reasonable and Jenkinson in particular played well. All in all a solid performance. Hopefully we can build on it for the future.
I want to know if UEFA will throw the book at that dirty Udinese defender for his elbow on Theo. He wasn't carded I believe, so surely he should be banned now (Next year? )
Great performance tonight, still retained great composure and created problems all night, but way too exposed at the back. At least we finally have something to smile about, it's been a long Summer.....
