Junior Lewis is the coach down at Canvey Island, surely a double act with Peter Taylor could be on the cards.

 

Lewis will be pleased to be working with Huddlestone, another one who directs the traffic as he can't get about the pitch

 

I had a vague memory that Dolan became national coach of somewhere daft like the Bahamas not long after leaving York but after making this claim to a mate couldn't find any evidence to support this. Did I make it up and / or confuse him with one of our other past managers?
