    Just wanted to say what a marvellous away support it was tonight. Over 3000 for a tuesday night game. Sung for nearly the whole game aswell. Should be good support for next away game aswell at Orient with another 3000 odd following

    yeah, there was good numbers today, but for me we were quiet for the numbers that went. Tried starting songs and singing along with others round where I was (near the screen) but most fans didnt seem interested in singing. Why bother coming if you dont get behind the team? Really annoyed me last night, so many fans but not enough noise

    Was a great turnout and a pretty decent atmosphere, good to see everyone stood up as well!!

    @saints go marching in

    Are you sure you were at the same game? I was loving how loud we were, esp on the slow 'oh when the saints' Brilliant support imo.

    Shame we couldn't see the game out, but on another day the lino would have made the right decision and N'Guessan's goal would have stood

    I thought the atmosphere was great. The slow 'Oh when the saints' was brilliant. Just been down the ticket office to get Orient and Plymouth tickets and the main allocation for Orient has already sold out, just a few family tickets left

    I like away games where everyone stands, went to Colchester and most stood.

    Sounded fantastic on the radio at times as well. Good to see so many travelling to our game.

    I think the level of away support has a direct correlation as to how well the team are doing at any given moment. Like yourselves Pompey are taking over 3,000 to Reading next week, so with both clubs taking substantial support away (ours are particularly vocal and accompanied by our bell and drum boys),both clubs may continue their course up their respective league tables! <whistle>

    Saints, the 2nd tier needs you. (If only so we can thrash you 5-0 again like last time we met ;))

    I wouldn't mind that so much as it would mean we succeeded in getting there!

    I agree. If whiterosetiger has magic powers and can get us promoted, he can have his 5.0 victory.
