No doubt a huge number are but these people = revenue and with how the games going and the new rules we already know about and the likely ones we dont yet know about having 10% of the world support your club is a great thing. Imagine if we could find a way to get each fan spending an average of £1 a year..... Doesnt work quite that easy but you get the jist.
Yep......its erm.......doubled since this other club got itself a billionaire owner and thought they would become the biggest team in England....... How did that work out? Very badly for the money.
We have had the highest number of fans for quite a number of decades now. Not just in England but worldwide. This includes a period in a lower division and Blackburns, Arsenals, Chelsea and currently Citys temporary rise to the top.
We were told the same story when the Chavs won their first premiership. That United will be obliterated and will never win another title again
Along with 8% of Surrey then. 50% of Glasgow support Chelsea and Rangers though....strange as Glasgow isnt even in england and happens to be further away from London than Surrey is from Manchester. Or Norway.....94% of Norweigens support Liverpool, the other 6% have yet to be born....
