The biggest factor for me is Vichai and Top They pumped millions into the club allowing us to sign players like Schmeichel and Nugent under Sven They learnt from their mistakes and brought Nigel back to the club and backed him when many others didn't. They allowed him time to build something and now their investment is paying off. The have spent millions on the club throughout including the stadium, training ground and youth academy Now the next step is to re-establish ourselves back into the premier League and make the club self sustainable
@ProudFox totally agree. They've run the club like a business, and like any successful organisation stability is key. Players are more likely to sign for a stable club, then for one who change manager every week. I think that if we can stay up next year we'll become self sufficient due to the amount of money available in the Prem because we already own the stadium and have good infrastructure at the club we won't need to spend a lot getting our facilities to a level to attract players.
Wait until your owners decide to change your name so they can sell merchandise on the other side of the World Only joking fellas, wouldn't wish the turmoil that's caused over here on any Club........except TWS but they're doing a pretty good job on their own
