Some members are deluded ,that because of the signing of graham they think the team selection will change to two up top. not a chance in hell my friends, why would he change , he has had over a year to do that , now try and tell me that wickham could not fill that posisition as well as graham can. We will rue the day wickham goes on to a full cap but im sure it he wont be a safc player, very concerning that his only chance of a full game is oddly enough for his country. please dont quote that he had a start against bolton, in a team on the day from back to front was awful. one up top away but two at home please
He should start with 4-4-2 at least. I reckon Graham will come on as a sub tommorow, the team could be ------------------Mig----------------- Gardener--O Shea--Mangane--Titus Johnson----Sess-----Sebb-----Alfred ------Fletcher-----Whickham-------- Subs Mclean for Alfred, Graham for Whickham, Colback for Titus.
Wickham is not ready for the Premiership yet mate, nowhere near in my opinion. With the signing of Graham this eases the burden on Wickham as the only option if Fletcher were to be injured. I personally hope O'Neill does go 442, dropping McClean and Larsson and starting Johnson and Sess on the wings. Can see us being a lot more creative that way.
I think he will Maybe not tomorrow coz graham doesn't know his team mates pattern of play, but oneil usually plays 2 strikers doesn't he? It was usually Heskey + 1 at villa / Leicester
MoN has alread intimated in an interview last night that he has manymroe options now for games and one thing is for certain, we will never 2nd guess him. I'll bet you a small beverage that he plays both from the start tomorrow, to throw Reading on the back foot from the start and get us going for this run in.
so what you are saying is that we have shipped 3 forwards out and 1 in and hes now going to change it ,as we are now better equiped to play two up front, simple maths say that we are now weaker than before sorry but i hope you are right and if you are, it will be more baffling than before.
wickam has not got a burden ,he is a u21 international player, he wants game time , this in its self will make him a more viable option for safc.
Team will be: Migg Gardner JOS Bramble Colback Larsson NDaiye Vaughan Sess Fletch Johnson Graham on the bench.
In terms of quality, when you're talking about numbers I think your comparing apples and pears. I don't think you can compare Ji, Campbell and Whickham with the strength and experience of Graham, who I think can play alongside Fletcher in 442 better than any of the other 3.
I don't think Short has dropped £5m on a bench-warmer. I'm hoping he'll be thrown into tomorrow alongside Fletch.
Danny in the line up tomorrow......and he will score....your lucky to have him he is a hard worker...and he turned down the toon at the last minute when they tried to nick him off you. he chose right imo...
................Mignolet............. Gardner..O'shea..Titus..Colback Johnson..Larsson..N'dai..Sessegnon .........Graham.........Fletcher......... Subs: Westwood Bardsley Mangane Kilgallon Vaughan Mcclean Wickham That's the team I'd put out like
