Is it actually a bigger regional dump than Sunderland? The pollution makes the residents all a bit strange in the head. And don’t get me started on the big scandal a few years ago..... The only nice part of the whole **** hole for me is Yarm. Do you guys have a similar negative view of mutantville?
Having moved from Sunderland to Boro, I feel like this thread is for me I prefer Boro. The people have more of the moonface syndrome, but your kids have 100% less chance of being molested by football players
I recently moved from County Durham to Teesside ....................... and back again pretty sharpish ................... it's a ****ing **** hole!!!
I was there today at Teesside karting with my 14 year old son. First of all he was like "what's that?" pointing at the transporter bridge. He thought I was taking the piss when I explained how it worked. Then part way through on the a66 he got a wiff of the smell. I had to explain smoggies/smog monsters. I've worked in Co Durham and the boro. Smoggies are ****in horrible.
