May I say I make the finest meat balls.

Half a pound of lean steak mince
Half a pound of lean pork or turkey mince
Two slices of bread (stale works a treat, not mouldy though) whizzed about in the blender to make crumbs
    1 beaten egg
Fresh parsley (equivalent of 2 tablespoons when chopped)
Fresh corriander (same amount as parsley)
Dried mixed herbs (oregano, basil etc) approx 2 teaspoons
    2 teaspoons paprika
Half teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
    Dash of Worcestershiresher sauce
    Good pinch of salt
Good pinch of pepper (don't skimp on the seasoning)

Mix all the ingredients together making sure the egg, breadcrumbs and meat mix evenly. The more seasoning you get in the better, these have to be packed full of flavour or they can be bland. Roll into the size of golf balls, any bigger and they may not cook through to the middle.

Fry in olive oil until browned all over, transfer to a dish and leave in the oven for half an hour or until your sauce of choice is prepared.

I appreciate this sounds like an utterly gay post but I am confident in my heterosexuality and also in my culinary prowess, so kiss my balls!
