Normally, when using my iPad and I want to reply to a post I just click on “reply” and a keyboard appears. That’s not happening now. I’m having to use my old laptop. Any ideas where the keyboard has gone, and why, and how do I get it back? Grateful for any help.
As long as you are certain that you do not have a Bluetooth keyboard that is still paired with your iPad - Try either or both of these things. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the power off slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Er… you did, in reply 7, sort of. Sorry mate, an oversight, no disrespect meant. Thanks muchly for bothering to answer my query, it certainly worked.
****, I’ve done it again. Replied to the wrong post. See reply 13 above. My apologies yet again mate.
Does anyone know of a cure for bloody muddleheaded confusion? That and a sight impairment linked with new bi-focals means I keep hitting the wrong button. Sorry, all!
Hahahaha reminds of me dad used to ring me up to set the video recorder etc And now it's starting to happen to me with stream box lol. The Mrs is studying fer work and bought a laptop, must of took the daughter 3 days to teach her how to switch it on
