That make you sick?? For me, getting spanked by Oxford who were non league the season before was the lowest point for me, Crawley for similar reasons shortly after is next in line, and Wimbledon is not far away. I know we don't have a god given right to beat anyone etc etc but **** me, losing to some of that **** is totally unacceptable for me, especially in the manner we have lost. I mean 4-1 to Crawley, and 3-1 to the Dons is ****ing disgraceful. At least Oxford have a good fan base and half tidy stadium so it’s not AS bad in that respect, but the manner in which we lost makes it the worst. Oh and getting beat by Darlington in the cup recently was terrible too. Is it any wonder we are only getting gates of 5,000 these days?! We have lost to some **** in the past in cup games, but those were generally one offs. Now it seems to be a regular occurance these days Whats the worst defeat you have seen Rovers take?
I remember being excited as a kid coz Rovers were on Match of The Day against Spurs in old Div 2 some time late 70's - not sure why that was the main game. We lost 9-0 - and I think our keeper (Martin Thomas maybe?) was probably our best player !!
Any loss is not good rather think of positive experiences given our current position in the league, without two of our 3 CB's on Saturday it could well be Accrington CG COR
hitchin away in fa cup. they were a non league club way down the divisions and we were league 1. lost
