You might as well put "not including Mercedes and Marrusia".. and what was the point of not including them anyway? Would have been helpful.
Thats ok, yours are probably more accurate. I wonder if somebody can translate all the laps into miles? Is the millage cap in testing still in force?
I think all teams can run 15,000km before Melbourne including the 3 day in season test and the abhu dhabi young driver test at the end of the year. and each team has 25 sets of tyres
Relevant link: http://joesaward.wordpress.com/2012/02/10/on-the-fourth-day-of-testing/ Got the mileage and some review.
In the first test 3338 laps were completed with a total of 15,001km being travelled [Forix] There have been 4 days so far compared to last years 20 in total, 20%. For the top 3 compared to last year their testing mileage is at: Red Bull = 18.4% of 2011 mileage McLaren = 23.0% of 2011 mileage Ferrari = 14.0% of 2011 mileage Not sure why I did this but it does show the changing in fortunes (statically) of McLaren and Ferrari this year compared to 2011. Then again who did better in 2011....
After two thirds of pre-season testing Red-Bull: 661 Vettel: 329 Webber: 332 McLaren: 774 Hamilton: 400 Button: 374 Ferrari: 457 Alonso: 106 Massa: 351 Mercedes: 399 Schumacher: 178 Rosberg: 221 Lotus: 409 Raikkonen: 190 Grosjean: 219 Force India: 699 Di Resta: 354 Hulkenburg: 299 Bianchi: 46 Torro Rosso:612 Ricciardo:283 Vergne: 329 Williams: 826 Maldonado: 362 Senna: 347 Bottas: 117 Sauber: 693 Kobayashi: 426 Perez: 267 Caterham: 598 Kovalainen: 268 Petrov: 139 Trulli: 117 Van Der Garde: 74 Marrusia: 337 Pic: 229 Glock: 108
