I am tempted to say Henderson deserves a spot for this game after yesterday. However, Shelvey can get stuck in and maybe suited to this match, but then maybe too much so. I'm hoping Gerrard was partially rested for illness and to go alone upfront on sunday. Everyone I speak to would like to see Gerrard as the number 9, but everyone thinks it will be Shelvey, Im a little worried Stevie seems to be playin where he wants and not where he will benefit the team most this season , IMO

I mean suso played decent in the AM role last night right? I simply don't see rodgers pulling yesil out of thin air or something.
Henderson needs to start, we was looking confident after his goal last night and he put a shift in - if we don't play him then the work would be lost imo
Flight problems in Italy for the reds last night meant they had to stay over in Italy last night, not ideal considering we are away in London on Sunday

But he only ever plays an hour, which suggests his stamina isnt the best. A trip to Italy and back may rule him out of starting this game.
If Suso doesn't start then that probably means Downing is starting. Prefer him to Joe Cole anyway. Cole is useless, whereas Downing is just average.
we might not start either.... assiadi is alive and well i hear... I think we've some options but not great ones frankly, and judging by who played today i nthe reserves none of the actual young strikers will be played.
