After a poor performance yesterday the pressure is on us now to get our lead back over the chasing pack and with our game in hand we could create some breathing space again for us. There will be quite a few places up for grabs in the midfield and up front. Ritchie De Laet will miss out after coming off on saturday meaning Nigel will either has to change the formation a little or play someone out of position. Apart from that there is no more injuries to worry about, so here is what I would go with Schmeichel St. Ledger Morgan Keane Dyer King Wellens Drinkwater Knockaert Waghorn Wood Subs- Logan, Whitbread, Schlupp, Gallagher, Vardy, Nugent, Kane
Very much looking forward to this one. Usually a good atmosphere when we meet. So much at stake for both clubs, but I think I can safely say the pressure is very much on Mr. Pearson for this one when you consider the points advantage we currently hold. You will have to come at us from the off and this will open up the gaps for our speed merchants to exploit. Casper's warning will be noted and probably disseminated around the dressing room. We will not be taking Leicester's attacking threat lightly. Should be a very competative game.
I think we will look to play on the counter with Knockaert, Dyer, Wood and Waghorn if they play my team. We also have Nugent and Vardy who have pace off the bench As for Kasper's "warning" ‏@kschmeichel1 To all cardiff cuty fans giving me abuse. I refer you to the original article In the Leicester Mercury that some lazy journalist has picked- @kschmeichel1 And made his own. I have the utmost respect for cardiff and their fans and think you will find in the original that nowhere do i mention... @kschmeichel1 Cardiff city, this is a case of false journalism. Its a shame that these things happen but it is being pursued. @kschmeichel1 This is the original article http://m.thisisleicestershire.co.uk/story.html?aid=18354377&category=sport …
You coming on here and having a little cry after your team lost, starting a thread called "Goodbye" on OUR board, where, even though we don't really care, you felt the need to tell us all that you were leaving and never coming back... Now that is priceless
No, you see that is priceless. You knowing that I (unfortunately for you) am right and subsequently poetic something that is a complete and utter change of subject. Now that is priceless!
Knowing Leicester, we'll beat Cardiff with our best performance of the season, and whatever team Pearson puts out (I don't expect anything particularly radical or different) will leave fans scratching their heads once again. Football is stupid. Not as stupid as Charlie though.
That would sum us up. We will go on a run now, look to be in the driving seat for 2nd again and then throw it all away again Thats why you should always remain level headed in defeat and victory. Dont get carried away when we win and dont get too down when we lose. We are still in a very strong position
Hopefully Matty James is back then the crab can be dropped back to the bench and we'll have a half decent midfield again
