Biggest of Jimmy's career I fancy
Go backwards lose and he will be out by Christmas
The buzz in the squad today / tomorrow at training should be carried forwards.
Go for it and lose must be better than stay safe and lose

    Please please please --e- -----s -u- -- --- team!

Tough game. We could play well and lose. Main thing is to give a good account of ourselves and be positive for the Brentford game.

Keep the same team apart from changes for injuries

Swop Gladwin out - really wasn't sure what JFH was thinking bringing him on

Anyone else getting the impression that JFH picks the team based on giving everyone except the French winger who has disappeared a turn so they are all happy? Or perhaps he just gives them all a chance to make him happy.

There will be changes, there always are.

Does anybody want to propose an actual formation?

I'd be surprised if he doesn't. The team seems to be chosen by the sports scientists.

My best team, based on what I have seen

    Smithies
    Perch Ned Caulker Bidwell
    Luongo Ariel
    Pawel Chery Washington
    Sylla

So a but Bidwell can play on Saturday

So I think he has 3 options
1 Perch to LB, Ned to RB, Hall into CB..so essentially 3 changes???
    2 just trust Nico???
3 Or play Nico and play 3 in DM (add Henry in place of Pawel) to yield a 4-3-3 formation

Unfortunately I think JFH will go for option 3

He looks like he has to replace Cousins too.

Beth, I like your best team, although I am not convinced with Perch as left back.

I fear that JFH will be cautious with the approach of "not losing" and would not be suprised to see Henry in the starting line up.

If he really has to play Henry, put him right back. Ned had his best game of the season at right-centre.

I would hope that he would stick to the 4-3-3 which worked well on Tuesday:

    Smithies
    Perch Onuoha Caulker LB??
    Cousins Borysiuk Luongo
    Chery Sylla Washington

But with Cousins unlikely to be fit he will probably revert to 4-2-3-1:

    Smithies
    Perch Onuoha Caulker LB??
    Luongo Borysiuk
    Wszolek Chery Washington
    Sylla

If Robinson is fit enough, I would play him at LB but Hamalainen may have to step up again.

Stroller, as it is an away match against an inform team, I do not envisage a 4-3-3 (unless it will be mainly 4-5-1).
I hope you are close on your 4-2-3-1 formation - but I predict that Henry may be in the starting line up.

Let's wait and see. I hope that we may be pleasantly surprised. :)

20 minutes at Fulham excepted, Chery hasn't offered much away from home. I'd consider Sylla/Polter with Washington and one of Wzolek/Shodipo as the three for this one.

I still expect the JFH sports science philosophy to give us another four or five changes however.

Still half considering making the trip up. Anyone going? £33 a ticket!

I think this is a great offensive set and would be good to play at home.

I only fear it may be too adventorous to play away this Saturday.

Also, the formation may work well with Washington playing alongside either Sylla or Polter.
