Garth crooks team of the week includes THREE Stoke players, with Asmir in goal Pieters at left back and Adam in the midfield. It was a really good game a fantastic win for us but I feel a little bit slighted that the inclusion seems to be because of the opposition.

 

As always, the magnitude of the game played takes priority over the individual.

 

He also mentions the great Gordon Banks, Peter Shilton and Harry Burrows.

 

He's always struck me as a little man trying to fill a big mans shoes.

 

Lest we forget...he was a good un for is back in the day.

When he went to Spurs his partnership with Steve Archibald was deadly.

Not disputing what he did on the pitch, just think he's more of a plum tit than pundit.
