Bristol City: Moore, Nosworthy, Osborne, Williams, Moloney, Gillett, Pack, W.Elliott, Cunningham, Barnett, Baldock. Subs: Richards, Reid, Kelly, Pearson, Wagstaff, Burns, Emmanuel-Thomas.

Surprised that Patterson not making it, I know we are only allowed 6 loanee's but Barnett??

Would it have made more sense to give Kelly game time rather than loanee Gillett ?

I just got back from the game and BARNETT was atrocious - until he put the ball into Pearson's path for the 3rd goal. My how we all laughed. But I hope he never puts on a City shirt again.

Wade Elliott scored one and then saved one off the line himself. The man is a legend and needs a contract ASAP.

Nyron and Karleigh looked superb together and the whole back four played so well, covering for each other. Nyron in particular is so accomplished. The little nudges he gives attackers and standing his ground that makes the opposition strikers look daft. Giblett didn't do much from what I could see. But the stands are so low at Stevenage, you can hardly see anything but the players boots.

We desperately need to sign on some of our loanees, and ditch the others.

It seems a fair question to me? if kelly is fit why aren't we working him back in to the team? Gillett is a loan player so we have to question his long term future in comparison to Kelly surely?

What do you guys see in burns,he runs with the ball and gets some crosses in. But i do not see anything else from his game, personally cotts sees it the same way,he has a lot of learning to do, and needs more to his game.

The times he has started he has not produced and has been subbed each time.

Burnsy has been getting regular bench time and 2nd half usage lately.
I reckon SC is just going over his options before the season ends and he starts to re-build.

He obviously won't be selling Burns

Because as any physic will tell you, the easier the comeback the more likely he will get through next season without any 'sympathy injuries' which are caused by trying to do too much too soon.

Don't forget, the injury Kelly suffered was more or less the same as did for Paul Cheesely, and nearly cased up The Gazza

Cotterill is just ensuring "his long term future"
