    Just a little thread prior to the Stevenage thread being put up (which I'm sure will be another great effort from Belvedere :) )

    The past few games have seemingly shone light on how poor some of our players are performing, and how we cannot deploy the same tactics all season. Most of us agree that a change is needed. So guys, formation, squad, tactics used, whatever, lets hear your ideas...

    I posted this on another thread, but I really reckon this formation would work;

    I think that, based on CP's recent tendency for change, i believe he will look at this game and the strengths of our side and decide to play the defence in midfield.
    So, its Hamer in goal, then Stephens,Hughes and Jacko at the back then Morro,Taylor,Solly and Wiggins in midfield and BWP and Kermy up front as normal.

    If nothing else, it will confuse our opponents !

    I think that will be too negative. I'd like to see Hayes given an opportunity, preferably in goal. If he's willing to experiment, I'd also like to see Gary Doherty given a chance up front, and Scott Wagstaff being given the role of fourth official.

    Careful guys. CP might read this and think we're on to something. I quite fancy WWOCs original idea.

    The only Doc I want to see around the place is the one who's going to amputate Leon Clarke's legs.

    I like the line up but i think haynes is injured and if jackson is fit he will start because he is the club captain

    I don't think it's complicated.

    A right winger on the left is better substitued for a left footed player (LB at left, evina in mid, Hughes and green on right).

    An emergency RB shouldn't be your best LB (Hughes for solly)

    If your putting your RM on the left, substitute him for a RM, not a CM (waggy should start)

    Don't take a "poacher" off for another target man (in the absence of Haynes, play BWP for 90 mins if fit)

    There are more examples, I.E the balance in CM, but I'm sure you guys will add to this.

    It was said to me that BWP was limping on Tuesday night, we know that he works hard keeping his knee in good shape. But I'm still of the idea that Hayes needs to be given a chance with BWP front, Kermy is a great player but for me Hayes works better with him. Sounding like a broken record lately but until I'm proven wrong I'm going to keep banging on about this!
