The striking option for Adkins is a tricky one

At the moment it looks strong with Connolly fit and well, but if he picks up a knock and Barnard ends up in the slammer we suddenly only have two senior strikers in Lambert & Guly and Guly is still an attacking midfielder by trade

Apparently De Ridder can play up front and Lallana has played as a second striker before and we have young Ryan Doble in reserve too.

I've put Fonte as captain ahead of Hammond because Fonte will be playing every game this year and I feel Cork will slowly replace him. I also think Spiderman is our best centre mid and needs to start!
