Two up top for me Akpom and Hernandez and would drop clucas for Maloney , not that I expect to see the latter
me too.i think we have been carrying to many luxury players.ie diame ,elmo,huddlestone.but also clucas needs a rest .a couple of games out would be good for him
I worry about the defensive side of Maloney's game. Clucas and Robbo seem to have a good understanding on the left and cover for one another. Maloney was well out of position for the cross that led to Derby's 2nd goal the other week and I'm not sure he would have the same understanding with Robertson - who does need help when it comes to defensive duties.
I agree with this team. The only question mark would be Maloney, but on balance I prefer him to Akpom. I certainly wouldn't play Diame.
On the wing, why not? Always looked good whenever he's played there, I think that's his position. He's not a strikers arsehole.
